Job Description
Business Quality Analyst provides structured support to the Change and Enablement team during system implementations, enhancements, deployments, and go-live activities.
The role focuses on business readiness, user enablement, change impact support, and operational stabilization. The incumbent will work closely with business stakeholders, IT, testing teams, and deployment leads to ensure that system changes are understood, adopted, and embedded effectively.
This is a delivery-focused support role operating within a Microsoft-aligned and enterprise project environment.
Experience
•1–3 years’ experience in: Change support, Deployment support, Business support analysis, IT project support environments
•Exposure to enterprise system implementations is advantageous.
•Experience within financial services / banking environments is beneficial.
Qualification
•Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
•Diploma in Business Management, Information Systems, IT, Commerce or related field.
